Will you please refer to the Colonial Office's letter

of the 27th February last (5608/13)? I send herewith

a proof of the announcement of the above post, and shall

be much obliged if you would let me know whether you wish

to offer any suggestions thereon. In the "Particulars"

supplied by the Colony and enclosed with the letter of the
